Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully as you will be bound by them.  A contract between you and The Old Vicarage Evenley will come into existence upon the date upon which you reserve a room with us.

Check-in/Check-out

Our standard check-in times are 4-8pm.  If you wish to arrive before or after these times then please just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate this.  We have a key-safe if needs be.

Our check-out time is 10am but please just let us know if you would like a later check-out and we will confirm if this is possible.

Breakfast

Breakfast is freshly prepared for a time that is convenient to you and pre arranged.  Breakfast is served in the orangery of the Main House but can be served in your room if requested.  We serve a delicious Full English Breakfast using produce that it is sourced locally where possible and eggs from our own free range hens.  Please advise of any dietary requirements or preferences and we will accommodate these.

Bookings

Rooms my be reserved online with a valid payment.  Please note that the maximum occupancy of each room is 2 persons and this includes children.  On occasion we may permit an infant with a travel cot but this must be a request prior to reservation and is subject to availability.  

Due to the fact that we have free range hens, Billi the cat and 2 small dogs, no pets are allowed but please let us know if there are exception circumstances and we will see what we can do to help.

Cancellations

Our standard cancellation policy is that we must receive cancellations by email (info@theoldvicarageevenley.co.uk) at least 72hours prior to your planned arrival date to receive a refund of any payment previously made.  For some key dates eg The F1 Grand Prix at Silverstone, the cancellation policy may change and this will be highlighted when you make the booking.

If you cancel less than 72hours before your due date of arrival or fail to arrive at the hotel we will charge you credit/debit card with 100% of the value of your booking.

Prices

Room rates show on our website are per room, per night and include all taxes and charges.  Breakfast is extra unless otherwise stated.

Damage

We reserve the right to make a charge of up to £350 for any actual damage caused to The Old Vicarage Evenley bu a guest along with any additional costs incurred due to the damage caused.

Smoking

The Old Vicarage Evenly is a strict non-smoking establishment anywhere in the Main House, Coach House and its environs.

Termination Policy

The Old Vicarage Evenley reserves the right, at its discretion, to terminate without notice an individual's stay at the Old Vicarage Evenley where deemed necessary.

Promotional Codes

Promotional codes my only be applicable to certain room types and room rates which are subject to change with no notices, and will only be to the value displayed on the promotion.

The discount is subject to availability and maybe changed or withdrawn without notice at any time.

The Promotional Code will not be allowed for special events eg Silverstone F! Grand Prix.  The Promotional Code must be applied at the time of reservation.
